Superior Detailer on a 2020 RWD Lamborghini Huracan
We performed a massive detail on the Lamborghini Huracan. This post provides details and photos of everything we did to this RWD beast. Here's a list of what we did:
- Full preparation wash with wheels-off
- Full Front Paint Protection Film wrap
- Paint Correction to remove swirls and scratches
- Paint Correction to wheels and calipers to remove scratches and prepare for Modesta coating application
- Modesta BC-05 coating application to paint
Many people are surprised to hear that we perform so much work to new vehicles like this. The truth is that these vehicles come from the factory with minor paint defects that a professional must remove for a perfect finish. Furthermore, paint protection is extremely important to many new vehicle owners. Therefore, we apply paint protection film and ceramic coatings. This aids to preserve the perfect finish we create. The above photo shows the paint fully corrected and flawless.

Washing and Preparation
For this Huracan we removed the wheels and polished the wheels and calipers before applying the coating. You can see from the photos how dirty these wheels and calipers are.

Paint Correction and Refinement
Owner Steve has many years of experience working with exotic paint like on this Lamborghini Huracan. Steve is the only one on the SD Team that puts a machine polisher on these vehicles. His work is flawless and speaks for itself. See the photos below.

Paint Protection
Paint protection for this vehicle includes Paint Protection Film (PPF) to the highest impact areas. That includes the full hood, fenders, front bumper, headlights, and mirrors. Similarly, we apply protection to the entire vehicle. This protection is a Modesta coating that increases shine and makes cleaning extremely easy. In the two photos below, we cure Modesta BC-05 coating to the paint.
