1968 Chevrolet Camaro RSSS Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating

1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS. You know we love our classics!

This super clean resto-mod came to us in need of a solid detail, the Superior Detailer way! Before the Level 3 Paint Correction, our detail included:

â–º Wheels-off Preparation

â–º Mini Undercarriage Detail

â–º Engine Bay Detail and Dressing

â–º Hand Polish to Exterior Chrome

â–º Interior Detail with Hand Polish to Chrome

After we corrected, polished, and primed the paint, we protected it with Modesta BC-08. She is now show-car ready!

This is how we treat classics! It really just took monster of a build to the next level.

New Paragraph

Wheels off with the vehicle on jack stands like this really allows us to fully detail the suspension exactly how Gui prefers. And it just makes the detail easier overall. THIS is a show-car detail. We also use our QuickJacks for this where appropriate.

Wheels Off Detailing

The new owner purchased the vehicle as is. Of course, we fully detail the engine bay. This 68 Camaro is truly show-car ready!

Gi hand polishes the interior chrome. This is a standard process for all classic car details and restoration details in our shop!

Hand Polish Interior Chrome

We cure all Modesta coatings via IR lamp, panel by panel. There are no rexceptions to this rule.

Ceramic Coating Curing

Gui performed a lot of the work on this 68 Camaro. Here he is applying the badges as part of the final steps before completion.

Final touches include Modesta M1 Shot spray application, dressing the tires, and cleaning the windows.
