Hi everyone! Today we're excited to feature the brand-new 2025 Porsche 911 Carrera S on the blog! One of our long-time clients recently brought this beauty in to our shop, and he knew exactly what he wanted: a full-body protection package that would enhance performance and drastically reduce long-term wear. Having worked with us before, he trusted Superior Detailer to execute his vision with precision and care, and that's exactly what we did.
The latest model boasts a 443-horsepower twin-turbocharged flat-six engine, capable of going from 0–60 mph in just over three seconds. Combined with Porsche’s rear-engine balance and superb engineering, it delivers powerful acceleration and overall driving. Preparation Wash & Light Polish
Every great finish begins with preparation. We started with a double-bucket hand wash and full decontamination, carefully removing transport adhesives, road grime, and microscopic contaminants from the paint. A clay bar treatment ensured the surface was completely smooth before moving into polishing.
From there, we performed a machine-assisted light polish. Even on new vehicles, fine scratches and swirl marks are often present from either transport or minor handling at the dealership. Using a dual-action polisher and fine-cut polish, we smoothed and refined the Carrera’s paint to unlock a flawless canvas. This step ensures that when film and coatings are applied, they lay perfectly for maximum brilliance.
Full Body PPF Installation
Next came the foundation of this Porsche’s long-term defense: a full-body PPF wrap. Using custom-fit SunTek Reaction paint protection film, we wrapped every inch of the Carrera S. Unlike partial installations, a full-body application eliminates exposed panels and visible transition lines—offering seamless coverage and complete impact resistance.
This clear yet incredibly resilient layer acts as a self-healing shield against stone chips, scratches, bug splatter, and road debris. Modesta Coatings
Once wrapped, we expertly applied a combination of Modesta coatings to lock it all in. We used:
Modesta BC-X Paint Coating: This specific coating is engineered for real-world conditions, and offers the best cost-to-performance ratio in the Modesta lineup, sitting between the entry-level BC-08 and more advanced coatings. It enhances gloss and depth while delivering outstanding hydrophobic properties, meaning the Porsche will stay cleaner longer and require less maintenance. Rain, dirt, and road grime are no match for this protective coating, as it significantly helps them to slide off with ease.
Modesta BC-06 High Heat-Resistant Coating: For the matte wheels and calipers, we turned to Modesta’s advanced wheel solution. BC-06 is a glass coating that forms a hard glass layer over the vehicle that’s both stain-resistant and heatproof up to 1,300°C—critical for performance cars like the Carrera S, where brake dust can quickly etch or get stuck on unprotected wheels. Paired with BC-06TC Top Coat, the wheels receive added hydrophobic protection, making cleaning effortless while preserving that aesthetically-pleasing matte finish.
This custom, tailor-made combination creates a layered and multi-surface defense system that provides optimal protection across the whole car - not just select components.
WINDSHIELD PROTECTION FILM
One of the most overlooked areas of protection is the windshield. To complete this build, we applied a specialized windshield protection film designed to defend against damage and improve visibility. Unlike standard glass coatings, this film physically absorbs the impact of debris, extending the life and clarity of the windshield—an absolute must for Florida’s highways.
