PREPARATION WASH

Every great detail begins with the foundation. We started with a double-bucket decontamination hand wash, ensuring no swirl marks were introduced during cleaning, followed with a clay bar treatment to remove embedded contaminants, leaving the finish perfectly smooth and ready for refinement. This preparation stage is critical before any polishing, auto ceramic coating, or film installation—because what’s beneath protection matters just as much as the protection itself.



SD Signature Polish

Despite being brand-new, even factory-fresh paint often carries minor imperfections like swirls or holograms. These flaws may seem minor, but up close or under the right lighting you can see how they dull the paint’s clarity and rob the finish of the deep, liquid gloss that makes a color like Sebring Orange truly come alive. We began with our SD Signature Polish, a Level 1 paint correction service designed to refine the surface and prepare it for long-term protection. Using a dual-action (DA) polisher, our team carefully worked panel by panel with specialized pads and fine finishing compounds. This process removes the shallowest defects—light swirl marks, faint scratches, and haze—without altering the integrity of the clear coat.

The goal isn’t just to make the paint look good temporarily—it’s to ensure that once the PPF and auto ceramic coating are installed, they bond to a flawless surface. By removing these imperfections before locking everything in, the Corvette’s paint will maintain maximum gloss and clarity for years to come.



Full Front-End PPF Installation

With the finish perfected, we customized a full-front paint protection film (PPF) package to guard against rock chips and road debris—hazards this Corvette will more than likely face on the road. Coverage included:

• Full hood and bumper
• Both front fenders
• Headlights and mirrors
• A-pillars and ¼ roof section
• Custom-cut protection on the Z06’s side air inlets

This step is crucial for performance cars like the Z06, which sit low to the ground, making them especially prone to impact damage. Now, this car's most exposed and vulnerable areas are fully protected with a nearly invisible armor.

MODESTA BC-05 APPLICATION

Once the film was installed, we elevated the Corvette’s protection with Modesta BC-05, widely considered one of the best glass coating options available today. Unlike generic coatings, BC-05 uses a three-dimensional molecular frame structure that bonds directly to the paint, forming a hard, clear glass layer with a wet, super glossy finish. The benefits of using this particular coating include:

• Up to 10 years of durability
• Advanced hydrophobic properties for self-cleaning and water repellency
• Protection against oxidation, chemicals, and environmental fallout
• A depth and gloss that enhances the paint color, even under harsh sunlight

For a vehicle of this caliber—and a discerning client who wanted true peace of mind before a road trip—BC-05 was the only choice.

WINDSHIELD + GLASS PROTECTION

No road trip is complete without crystal-clear visibility. To ensure a safe driving experience, we expertly applied Gtechniq G1 Clear Vision Smart Glass to the front windshield, adding a hydrophobic barrier that actively repels rain, reduces glare, and resists insect or dirt adhesion. The treatment lasts up to two years and makes driving in wet conditions significantly safer - crucial for guiding drivers and any accompanying passengers.

We also installed SunTek Carbon Series window film on the rear windows and front windshield. Beyond aesthetics, this film blocks heat and UV rays, improving comfort during long drives and protecting the interior from sun damage.

Final Details – Blackout + Rock Guards

To finish, we added blackout badge installations for a sleek, tailored look and installed four-piece rock guard protection for additional defense against road debris. These touches may seem subtle or unnecessary, but they make all the difference in elevating both the performance and appearance of the Z06.
